I have over 20 years of experience in the sport therapy industry. Subsequent to completing my undergraduate in Kinesiology for Pre-Physical Therapy/Athletic Training, I worked under the head athletic trainer at Cosumnes River College in collegiate sports, then at C.K. McClatchy High School as the Head Athletic Trainer. I gained clinical experience at Sutter Davis Physical Therapy, where I developed a movement therapy/bodywork-based rehabilitation program for patient athletes that were recovering from sports injury or post-surgery. Later, I pursued a Master's Degree in Public Health to be an advocate for worksite wellness.
I am trained as a Morales Method® Advance Pain Specialist to help active individuals restore optimal movement and reduce pain. I built my practice so that I can continue doing what I love, to help athletes continue doing what they love.
